So, where would you start?

Apprenticeship programme

If you want to start your career in property and construction while continuing to learn and gain qualifications, our Apprenticeship programme is for you.

Joining us with A-level or equivalent qualifications, you can choose from our 5-year degree apprenticeship disciplines, including Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, and Project Management. After three years, you’ll join our Construct Graduate Development programme to achieve a professional qualification.

We know that learning happens best through hands-on experience, so from day one, that's exactly what you'll get. With a mix of on-the-job learning, practical training, and mentorship to help support and guide you, you'll be a part of real projects, gaining the tools to drive your growth and make a meaningful contribution.

Construct Graduate Development programme

If you’re a recent graduate looking for opportunities to help you progress in the industry and develop into a future manager and leader at Gleeds, our Construct Graduate Development programme is your starting point.

Joining us with degree qualifications, you can choose from our 2-year degree graduate disciplines, including Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, and Project Management.

The 2-year Construct Graduate Development programme aims to improve both your technical and personal development through on-the-job and off-the-job learning. It supports your day-to-day project work and helps you gain a professional qualification in a relevant field.

With an incredible 85% first-time RICS pass rate* – 30% higher than the RICS average – Our Construct Graduate Development programme is a testament to how highly we value you as an individual and your career at Gleeds.

You’ll also have access to the Gleeds online training academy, informal mentoring to help support and guide you, and regular check-ins with your manager. And with plenty of social opportunities, you’ll build lasting relationships with fellow graduates and senior stakeholders at Gleeds.
